Half Filipina-half Austrian Melanie Mader, the 18-year old daughter of Ms. Victoria Sun, a United Nations official in Vienna was chosen First runner-up Miss Filipina Austria 2015 in a beauty pageant held this weekend at Vienna International Centre. Congratulations Melanie. We are so proud of you.
